On Saturday, October 11th, the International School of Beijing hosted the ISAC Cross Country Championship for elementary schools — and what a day it was! With crisp autumn air and a buzzing crowd of supporters, young athletes from across the city gathered to test their speed, stamina, and spirit on the course.
On September 18th, BWYA proudly hosted the first Junior International School Athletics Conference (JISAC) exchange of the season, featuring an exciting Ultimate Frisbee event for U11 students. The exchange brought together eight schools—BWYA, BIBS, BIBA, YCIS, Daystar Academy, Montessori School of Beijing, and Tsinghua International School—for a day of fun, teamwork, and spirited competition.
At Beijing World Youth Academy, we believe that learning doesn’t stop when the school day ends—it expands, evolves, and inspires. That’s why we’re thrilled to invite you to our After School Club Fair, a vibrant showcase of the many ways students can explore their passions, build new skills, and connect with their community.

In the spring semester of 2025, BWYA achieved the goal of becoming fully authorised to deliver the Primary Years Programme. By implementing the PYP successfully, BWYA is now able to offer the complete K-12 IB education.
We like to celebrate Children’s Day with loads of activities every year, but as you can see, we love to play with water the most!
Mayfair is our biggest and most spectacular day in the school calendar, and this year was incredible. Thousands of people from the BWYA community showed up in support of our two brilliant charities and enjoyed the gorgeous May sunshine.
