BWYA Hosts U11 Frisbee Tournament

BWYA Hosts U11 Frisbee Exchange

On September 18th, BWYA proudly hosted the first Junior International School Athletics Conference (JISAC) exchange of the season, featuring an exciting Ultimate Frisbee event for U11 students. The exchange brought together eight schools—BWYA, BIBS, BIBA, YCIS, Daystar Academy, Montessori School of Beijing, and Tsinghua International School—for a day of fun, teamwork, and spirited competition.

JISAC is a friendly and inclusive league designed to give primary school students opportunities to explore a wide range of sports, including football, cross country, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, handball, badminton, teeball/softball, dodgeball, and of course, Ultimate Frisbee. Whether new to a sport or already experienced, students are encouraged to be risk-takers—trying new activities, building collaboration, and proudly representing their schools.

BWYA’s Grade 4 and 5 athletes showed great enthusiasm and teamwork throughout the day, embodying the spirit of the Wolf Pack. A big thank you to all participating schools, coaches, and volunteers for making this event a memorable start to the season!
