On the 22nd March, the primary school students of BWYA set off on a journey around the world! From Denmark to Jamaica, Egypt to Russia, the students enjoyed the traditions and culture of each country, along with the local cuisine, unique cultural games and display booths.
As is now the tradition at the primary school, every year the teachers, students, and parents celebrate International Day with a plethora of activities – decorating classrooms with national themes to help students experience other countries’ atmospheres, tasting excellent food, playing games, learning new customs, all bringing about a deep and special cross-cultural learning experience.
Many thanks go to PTA and Enrichment Office for organizing this fantastic event. For more exciting moments, you can scroll through the pictures below.
